Our solution enables speeds of up to 80 pallets per hour, bringing kraft paper wrapping to productivity levels typical of traditional plastic film systems. To achieve this, it integrates advanced paper tensioning systems and robotic handling of the wrapping unit, which are essential for ensuring precision, continuity, and reliability even in high-speed applications. The technology, patented internationally, was developed to manage the paper’s characteristics in a controlled way, ensuring consistent long-term performance.
The technological choice is also based on the use of large-format reels, directly compatible with those produced by paper mills, with diameters up to 1200 mm and weights up to 350 kg. This allows for high production autonomy, up to approximately 350 pallets per reel, drastically reducing replacement operations and machine downtime compared to the use of small-format reels.
To support customers during the transition, the machine can be configured in a hybrid version, incorporating a stretch film wrapping system. This solution allows for rapid switching between paper and film on the same line, enabling mixed production runs or test phases without compromising operational continuity.
The use of kraft paper significantly reduces environmental impact, improving the carbon footprint by up to 60% compared to traditional plastic film systems. This solution is particularly well-suited for internal logistics flows, handling that requires protection from external factors, and applications where continuity between production and destination is guaranteed.
