Product Overview
The TPS Lifting-1260 ESD workstation is an industrial electronic workbench with electric height adjustment, designed to provide electrostatic discharge protection for sensitive components in electronics manufacturing, assembly, testing and rework.
It complies with IEC 61340-5-1:2016 and provides stable point-to-point resistance across 10%–60% relative humidity, making it suitable for assembly lines, repair benches, quality control and rework stations.
The work surface measures 1200 mm × 600 mm and the working height is adjustable from 720 mm to 1060 mm to support sit‑stand operation and reduce operator fatigue.
The top is a 25 mm thick ESD-laminated HPL (RAL7035), delivering a conductive/static-dissipative surface.
The lifting structure supports a uniform static load of 200 kg and a uniform dynamic load of 130 kg.
The workstation is compatible with TPS accessories including back panels, antistatic steel shelves, suspension drawers, slant light brackets, LED lights, power rails and optional electric frames.
Grounding points are provided for wrist straps and the construction is compatible with ESD flooring.
