The TS 4800 C is a modular divert conveyor with electrical swivel bars and central drive. The small roller pitch of the swivel roller bars, combined with the extremely short swivel cycles, enable highly dynamic distribution of > 8,000 packaging units/hour.As a compact version, the new TS 4800 C is ideal for sorting both small and flexible materials - and in the tightest of spaces. The further optimised cover of the swivel bars meets the highest safety requirements and prevents the conveyed goods from being pulled in. PU-coated rollers also provide the necessary grip, so that safe transport is always guaranteed, even after an unplanned stop. The swivel bars allow sorting in an angle of 30° to 60°.
