Trepko PMG 10 Series of semi-automatic filling machines are made from food grade stainless steel and specifically designed for bulk filling of boxes with butter type products.Uninterrupted supply of product between 3rd party process equipment and the Trepko filler is ensured by a product compensator which is directly fitted to the filler. The compensator continuously monitors product flow and adjusts speed of the Trepko filler in accordance. It can also be used to control flow of cleaning agent during CIP process. A double scroll chute arrangement is an option for horizontal position carton filling where scrolls force the product in the filling head. On completion of filling, the carton is removed pneumatically through 90°. Manual filling may be required after automatic filling due to absence of integrated weighing cell.
