Overview
The TruStore Series 3000 is a modular tower storage system for sheet material. It reduces floor space requirements, supports staged expansion up to fully automatic multi‑machine processing cells, and connects to TRUMPF 2D laser cutting systems, punching/punch‑laser machines and bending machines. Storage heights per pallet can be set to 90, 170 or 260 mm and the system is available in formats for large and maxi pallets.

Equipment & options

• Loading/unloading formats: Large format (approx. 3000 x 1500 mm) with ~3000 kg per compartment; Maxi format (approx. 4000 x 2000 mm) with ~5000 kg per compartment.
• Adjustable compartment heights: pallet levels configurable at 90 mm, 170 mm or 260 mm; loading and unloading heights can be adapted independently.
• Single tower: selectable height levels (overview: up to 17 possible levels); typical single-tower capacity examples: up to 37 large-format or 24 maxi-format pallets (configuration dependent).
• Double tower: expand capacity by adding a second tower (+38 large-format or +25 maxi-format pallets as an example).
• Storage in/out station under pallet lift: direct long‑side access, automatic folding support stamps and stops for easy integration.
• Storage carts: longitudinal or front carts, variants with or without lifting table to suit plant layout.
• Automation interfaces: indirect via transport carts (LoadMaster, LiftMaster, SheetMaster, BendMaster, etc.) or direct loading/unloading units (LiftMaster Compact, LiftMaster Store, LiftMaster Store Linear); optional PartMaster for parts sorting.
• Processing cells: configure multi‑machine cells by direct or indirect connection to several machines.
