Overview
The TruArc Weld 1000 is an automated arc-welding cell for small to medium series production. It enables fast commissioning, intuitive programming and flexible 1- or 2-station operation. Available as an open unit or as a TÜV-tested, CE-certified machine with integrated safety cabin, exhaust system and anti-glare housing. The system is designed to minimise setup and programming time while delivering repeatable weld quality and digital connectivity.

• Junction box (3 mm chromium-nickel steel): CMT process for low heat input and high visual quality.
• Aluminium I-joint (1 mm): example of CMT-welded aluminium.
• Stainless steel corner joint (1 mm): example for thin-sheet stainless welding.
• Mild steel T-joint (8 mm): example for thicker-sheet welding.
