Loading and unloading system LiftMaster Store series

Overview
The portal frame solution LiftMaster Store connects directly to the storage system, requires minimal floor space and enables flexible production layout. It integrates TRUMPF technologies such as a suction frame with unloading rake for automated handling, a synchronous loader to shorten cycles, and an independent pallet-picker crane for fast pallet access. The LiftMaster Store Linear supports connection of up to three machines and is optimized for automated scrap-skeleton separation.

Equipment / Options

• Scrap-skeleton separation: suction frame with spreadable grippers for separating scrap from finished parts (option for LiftMaster Store 1530).
• Suction frame / unloading rake: individually controllable suction cups pick raw sheets and place finished sheets in the unloading area.
• SortMaster: automated single-part removal and sorting into containers or onto pallets/carts.
• Multiple-machine connection (LiftMaster Store Linear): simultaneous load/unload of up to three machines, coordinated via TruTops FMC.
• Synchronous loader: transfers finished-part pallet between raw material table and pallet changer for synchronized handling.
• Auxiliary pallets: support automated loading and unloading handling.
