Description

Overview
The LiftMaster Linear is a portal loading/unloading unit that automatically loads and unloads sheet metal along a linear axis to up to three processing machines and up to six tool stations. The system accepts cart systems, machines, loading stations and unloading platforms. Optional Sort and Scrap Skeleton Separation modules separate finished parts from scrap.

Equipment and options
  • Multi-machine connection: simultaneous loading/unloading for up to three processing machines; coordinated via TruTops FMC.
  • Suction frame and unloading rake: individually controlled suction cups lift raw sheets and place processed sheets on pallet changers and in the unloading area.
  • Scrap skeleton separation: expandable grippers on the suction frame remove the scrap skeleton while finished parts remain for unloading.
  • Belt prongs: enable precise, low-mark unloading of parts where applicable.
  • SortMaster (optional): automated picking, sorting and stacking of cut finished parts.
