Description

Overview
The SheetMaster (New Generation) provides automated loading and unloading for punching and punch‑laser machines. It performs sorting and palletizing of finished parts, pre-separates raw sheets during unloading, and deposits parts with flexible placement using an additional sorting axis. Individually controllable suction cups and a gripping unit ensure process‑reliable part handling.

Key features
  • Automated loading/unloading and palletizing in parallel to production to increase throughput.
  • Separating station for process-reliable pre-separation of raw sheets while finished parts are unloaded.
  • Gripping unit with gripper bar, gripper arms and individually controllable suction cups; additional Y axis for full use of stacking area.
  • Sheet handling from 0.5 mm to 8 mm (standard handling up to 6.4 mm; 8 mm and load options with additional suction-cup package).
  • Fast, safe removal of heavy and small parts; supports arbitrary palletizing order and intermediate stacks.
  • Expandable and connectable with TruStore, STOPA and various cart systems for autonomous material supply and finished-part return.
