Overview
The SheetMaster automates sheet loading, unloading and part sorting for punching and punch‑laser machines. Suction cups pick sheets or blanks from a loading station and place them on the machine table; finished parts are deposited on an unloading platform. Programmable suction fields and interchangeable suction components allow handling of a wide range of part geometries and materials up to 8 mm thickness.

• Loading/unloading parallel to production: increases throughput for medium to large lot sizes by performing material operations in parallel to machining.
