AI Inspector is an AI-powered image inspection system designed for manufacturing environments, enabling users to build industrial-grade inspection systems without programming, simply by using a mouse and a few keyboard steps on the screen. It is provided as a software package and PC set, and operates on the edge without using the cloud, making it suitable for factories where network connections are prohibited.All processing functions, including camera, image processing, and AI decision-making, are registered as icons called “units,” which can be freely combined to build a flexible system tailored to the production line and fine-tuned as needed. The system supports major industrial cameras and can integrate with external programs, internal networks, and PLC devices within the factory. The PC is equipped with an NVIDIA GPU, enabling it to handle AI training and inference on a single device. Product configuration ready for immediate use AI Inspector is sold as a package that includes a dedicated image processing PC equipped with a GPU board and high-speed AI software. Customers can start using it immediately after opening the box without worrying about complicated installation or device driver compatibility issues.
