This chain combines engineering plastic rollers (polyacetal) with (hardened) steel parts. It is lighter, quieter, and has less running resistance than with steel rollers. ※Engineering plastic rollers are white. Features ・Lightweight: 30% lighter than with steel rollers. ・Less running resistance: 30% less running resistance than with steel rollers. ・Quiet: 5 - 7dB quieter than with steel rollers. ・Operating Temperature Range ：Operating temperature range: Can operate between -10ºC to 80ºC. Attachment Types When selecting sprocket specifications It is necessary to select a sprocket specification that corresponds to the customer's operating environment and the chain specification used. Please use standard Double pitch steel sprockets for Double pitch chain with plastic rollers standard series. Standard RS steel sprockets can be used when the number of sprocket teeth is 30 or more with S roller.
