Description

This free-flow chain has a unique structure that combines small and large diameter rollers, enabling high-speed transport at 2.5 times the chain speed. The chain speed is low, allowing for quiet accumulation. You can choose the combination of chain body (4 types) and rollers (7 types) to suit your application. The lineup also includes a snap cover that prevents parts from falling into the frame. We also have a wide range of accessories. *The plate shapes are different for Double Plus Free Flow Chains and Double Plus Free Flow Chains with snap covers. Please note that snap covers cannot be installed on existing Double Plus Free Flow Chains. Principle of Double Plus Free Flow Chains Please see below for the principle of 2.5x speed free flow. Chain body and roller combination The combination of chain body and rollers can be selected according to the application. Please check the roller specifications for each application below. Snap Cover ​ included - A light gray engineering plastic snap cover is provided to cover the gaps between the large diameter rollers and between the small diameter rollers. Prevents bolts, nuts, etc. from getting caught or falling off.
