High load capacities for optimized productivity The TB A tumble belt blast machine is used for the treatment of high volume bulk parts, which can be loaded into the machine either manually or automatically by means of a hydraulic bucket. The steel belt, comprising segments made from special abrasion-resistant steel, tumbles the parts inside the cabinet, exposing all surfaces to the action of the shot propelled by the blast wheels. Reversing the belt’s rotation allows the material to be unloaded either directly into the empty container or onto a belt or vibrating channel positioned at a right angle to the belt’s axis. Load capacity ranges from 220 to 1000 litres with loads of between 500 and 3000 kg at a time. Complete with a self-cleaning dry-type cartridge filter, the TB A steel belt shot blasting system can be mounted directly on the floor with no structural work required. Treatment of heavy parts (up to 200 kg each) made from steel, cast iron, bronze, brass or aluminium, including castings, pressings, forgings and heat-treated parts.
