Overview The Flat and Kube range comprises high-energy-density lithium battery packs in distinctive formats. Designed for high-power applications (electric vehicles, agricultural vehicles, energy storage, etc.), these are TYVA Energie's largest lithium batteries. Units feature robust, sealed aluminum enclosures and offer two similar power levels; the main difference is form factor: the Flat model is low-profile and elongated, the Kube model is more cubic and taller. Both ranges integrate Moduloo Ax technology for modularity and high performance.

General characteristics

• Sealed aluminum enclosures (standard IP65; IP67 on some variants)
• Removable service panel for access to BMS and PDU
• Ultra-flat versions (e.g., 100 mm thickness for Flat)
• Moduloo Ax technology: modularity and performance (voltage and capacity configurable)
• Integrated systems: TYVA Energie BMS and optional PDU (switch box)
• Series and/or parallel connections possible (depending on model)
• IP67 sealed connectors available; removable front for easy connector replacement
• Discharge temperature: −20 °C to +60 °C
• Charge temperature: 0 °C to +45 °C
• Enclosures designed to withstand up to 3000 V (depending on finish)
• Weight: approximately 40 kg to 65 kg depending on model and configuration

Certifications The entire Flat & Kube range is UN 38.3 certified for transport. Other certifications listed as in progress: RoHS, R10 Rev.6, R100 Rev.3.
