The FLAT 7 battery is the slimmest compact lithium battery on the market in its category: just 11 cm thick (710 × 720 × 110 mm), making it ideal for easy integration alongside chassis, under a seat, beneath a floor or in the tightest of industrial spaces.
Its lightweight, IP65-rated waterproof aluminium casing (40 kg), which is extremely resistant to shocks and vibrations, features a removable front panel and access panel, as well as push-pull power connectors to facilitate cabling and maintenance.
Designed and manufactured in France by TYVA Energie (Annonay), it features an intelligent BMS with an internal PDU and offers the optional TYVA Pyro Protection (TPP) fire-suppression technology, which stops the spread of thermal runaway up to 1,500 °C.
Modular and high-performance, it delivers 6.85 kWh of nominal energy (available in 25.55 V / 268 Ah or 51.1 V / 134 Ah versions, with a discharge current capacity of up to 250 A) and works in conjunction with the CAN V2 Gateway for automatic parallel connection (from 2 to 8 batteries or more) with exclusive management of the ATC/ATD relays.
Operating range from −20 °C to +60 °C during discharge, certified to UN 38.3 and IEC 62619 for maximum safety; it is 100% reconditionable thanks to TYVA Refill technology.
Applications: electric vehicles and off-road machinery, industrial robotics (AGV/AMR), stationary energy storage, defence, rail and maritime on-board systems. The FLAT 7 battery is the slimmest compact lithium battery on the market in its category: just 11 cm thick (710 × 720 × 110 mm), making it ideal for easy integration alongside chassis, under a seat, beneath a floor or in the tightest of industrial spaces.
