Product-friendly packaging of parenteral products
Ampoules, syringes, vials, bottles, cartridges, or pens: The BLU 400 is specifically designed to meet the requirements of packaging parenteral products. The line is based on a flexible modular system, which can be exactly tailored to the product. Product-friendly handling throughout the process, as well as the innovative transfer design with product and blister rotation, ensure maximum productivity. Other plus points: The BLU 400 processes a wide range of products and formats at up to 400 blisters and 300 folding cartons per minute, minimizes the use of foil, and is easy to operate and set up.
The sensitive products are fed in gently by the LiPro feeder for ampoules and vials or the SyPro feeder for syringes. There are also feeding systems for other packaging components, such as needles or pads.
The BLU 400 can be connected flexibly in lines. Depending on the customer requirements, the blister machine can be connected to cartoner C 2156/C 2206 or C 2155 . In addition, print and camera systems for serialization of each individual folding carton can be integrated in all cartoners.
