Product overview
Elastomer diaphragms are sealing elements that act as flexible movable partitions providing hermetic sealing between two chambers. They can perform a stroke movement perpendicular to the clamping plane. Diaphragms require no maintenance, no lubrication, operate wear-free and have a long service life. Thin-walled designs run almost frictionless without breakaway torques.

Construction and options
Diaphragms are manufactured as single-component constructions and can be varied according to customer specifications, for example:

• with or without fabric reinforcement
• foil lamination
• metal core

All established material combinations are available; optionally compliant with KTW, FDA and W270.
