Machine is designed for curling and lining of the round ends and rings. The ends are slid to the inclined positioned tooling where they are stopped by pneumatic stoppers. A sensor is detected the ends and lifting them up to the upper chuck which is turning to create out the curling and lining operation. The next operation starts automatically. There is a stacker for stacking the finished products in the end of the machine. Capacity - 40 ends/minute Compound Tank Volume - 70 lt (with manual mixer) Total Power - 0.75 kW
