Description

A high volume shredder for long pieces of material. Boards and cuts are fed into the machine via a horizontal vibratory conveyor and multiple feeding rotors. The high speed shredder makes quick work of extra long pieces when shredding them against replaceable blades, blade holders, sieves and counterblades. Allows to shred pieces up to 170mm height, 510mm width. Material is extracted with an included main auger to the side/rear of the machine. Horizontal infeed shredders feature higher throughput and ability to shred boards of unlimited size. Material is fed from a vibrating transporter and grabbed by two infeed rollers. Infeed roller speed and direction regulates automatically based on the load of the main rotor – this ensures optimal energy consumption and throughput ratio. Woodchips can be sold, or futher processed to be used in briquetting presses, or pelleting machines. Throughput The VVSG High Volume Shredder achieves a throughput of up to 13 cubic meters (m³) , making it highly efficient for processing large volumes of material such as boards and cuts. This capacity enables rapid shredding and conversion of material into chips, suitable for resale or further processing applications.
