Unit used for the accurate cleaning of the frozen: berries, currants, wild lilac etc. using polishing and destalking. The temperature for the process should be low (minus 15-23)°C. Product which is passed to the input tank is dosed by lifting damper, adequate rotation speed should be set (using inverter) for the polishingdestalking section (shaft length 3000 mm with screw segments and roller brushes placed in cylindrical sieve with longitudinal holes). Product is passed along the sieve and grazed between itself and the surface of the sieve. Screw bend is moving and destalking; brushes are polishing. All wastes are passing through sieve holes and fall down to channel where are transported by the screw transporter further into center output with bag holder. Cleaned product is passed to output with closure (option with bag holder). Along the sieves are mounted covers which don't let to loose temperature and are directing wastes to batch tank. Sieves and covers are tilted which makes unit easy to clean and service.
