Description
The Flotronic Barrel Unloading System combines the unique One Nut Sanitary Air-Operated Double-Diaphragm Pump with a Barrel Unloading Skid, making it perfect for handling high-viscosity materials.
- Combines the High Flow Slimline Style One Nut diaphragm pump with a barrel emptying system, enabling the pumping of highly viscous materials from barrels at increased flow rates.
- The system can be cleaned in place using the pump itself or an external CIP rig.
- Easy to disassemble for cleaning due to the One Nut design of the pump.
- Minimal wastage is achieved with an inflatable seal, ensuring the minimum product is retained in the barrel.
- Less product hold up than other systems.
- The seal inflates to provide an excellent seal while moving down the barrel and deflates for easy removal.
- Ideal for applications in food and beverage, cosmetics, and chemical industries.
Bespoke systems made to customer requirements:
- Systems to cater for any fibre, metal, or plastic 200 litre/55 gallon drum or similar.
- Systems to cater for Stainless Totes.
- The barrel unloading skid can be fully mobile or fixed in place.

The Flotronic barrel unloading system combines the unique One Nut hygienic/sanitary style, FDA approved, (EC) 1935/2004 & 2023/2006 approved, Air-Operated Double-Diaphragm pump with a barrel unloading skid.
The One Nut sanitary style diaphragm pump, based on a 3A design, has proven itself in hygienic and sanitary industries.
