Description

The Minichem is a unique PTFE double diaphragm pump designed for aggressive chemical applications. Machined from a solid block of PTFE, it eliminates the need for separate manifolds, enhancing pump integrity and reducing leak risks. - One-Block technology ensures greater pump integrity - One Nut technology for easy maintenance - Suitable for flow rates up to 100 l/min and temperatures up to 80ºC - Flanged and threaded connections in 1/2” and 1” sizes - External parts in Polypropylene or Stainless Steel - ATEX-approved PTFE/Teflon and antistatic versions available - Self-priming with suction lift (2m dry, 8m wet) - Easy air valve maintenance inline Applications include chemical, pharmaceutical industries, pilot plants, and emergency hazardous chemical recovery. The Minichem's design allows for quick diaphragm replacement and full disassembly, ensuring minimal downtime and cost efficiency.
