The occurring charge is proportional to the force. The dynamic coupling to the downstream charge amplifier avoids errors caused by slow signal changes, e.g. due to temperature changes. High rigidity and linearity create further favorable conditions. The high sensitivity results in a usable output signal even under low mechanical stress.
