Hose crimping machine - HM 230 The slim HM 230 production hose crimper is super fast and easy to use. Thanks to its compact design, 6 o’clock die, slide bearing and much more, the machine is very ergonomic and maximizes productivity. Whether hoses, ropes or pipes: the machine can crimp a 3-inch industrial hose or a six-layer 1½-inch hydraulic hose with 180 t (1800 kN) – and also work pieces with 90° elbow fittings. The machine, which can be operated from both sides, is a real space saver: only requiring around 0.5 m² of workshop space. Optionally available with IPC control (IoT, QS controlling system), depth stop, etc.
