Overview
The UNIKON Spin Dryer, also called centrifugal dryer, provides a modular drying solution for washed product carriers. It can be supplied as a stand-alone unit or integrated with UNIKON washing machines to form a complete washing and drying line. The spinner is designed for flexible adaptation to different carrier types and production layouts.

Performance & operation
The Spin Dryer reduces residual moisture to a few grams per unit. Standard throughput is 1,000 products/hour; up to 1,500 products/hour is possible with a stacker. The spinner is modular and available in different sizes to match specific carriers and production rates.

The UNIKON Spin Dryer consumes typically 2.8 kWh and achieves energy savings of up to 90% compared with air-blown drying systems.
