Product overview
ALTEF® is a proprietary fluoropolymer film developed for air and gas sampling. ALTEF® provides inert, additive-free contact with sampled gases and is suitable for CO, CO2, methane and most VOCs. Available as single-use sampling bags in sizes from 0.6 L to 100 L with multiple valve and fitting options for field and laboratory use.

Polypropylene Screw-Cap Combo Valve

• On/off valve with replaceable fluoropolymer-faced, low-bleed silicone septum and side port for tubing.
• Inexpensive, lightweight and quick to operate (≤ half turn); inert polypropylene body to preserve sample purity.
• Visual confirmation of open/closed position; suitable for routine field sampling.

Polypropylene Locking® Combo Valve with Septum

• On/off locking valve with replaceable fluoropolymer-faced, low-bleed silicone septum allowing repeated punctures without leakage.
• Fast push/pull operation (<1 second); inert polypropylene construction and visual locking confirmation.

Stainless Steel TCLP Fitting with Septum

• Stainless steel body with aluminum cap and replaceable fluoropolymer-faced septum; designed for Zero Headspace Extractors and EPA TCLP use.
• Durable for demanding sampling conditions; inert contact materials minimize contamination risk.

Stainless Steel Combo Valve with Replaceable Septum

Plastic Jaco® Fitting (for tubing or septum)

• Polypropylene molded compression ferrule secures tubing; economical alternative to metal fittings.

PFA Fitting (for tubing or septum)

• PFA fluoropolymer construction so sample contacts only high-purity inert fluoropolymer for maximum chemical resistance and low contamination.

Nickel Plated Halkey® Roberts Barbed On/Off Valve

• Nickel-plated to resist aggressive chemicals; barbed stem for secure tubing attachment and leak-resistant closed position.
