Description

Мodular heating plants are stationary outdoor-type steam plants. They are widely used to increase the extraction of oil resources, whose production is problematic, by cyclic wet saturated steam injection as well as for carrying out bailing operations on the bore holes. UNISTEAM-S series steam generators successfully solve the problem of fire preparation of rail tankers and bulk cargo heating. UNISTEAM-S series industrial steam generators are mounted inside the containers made by Unisteam. They can be mounted inside the cargo containers. The products are factory-assembled, requiring no installation. Quick commissioning and low maintenance costs. UNISTEAM-S series steam generators operate using gas or diesel fuel and can operate with the propane/butane mix. Мodular heating plants are available with 1600 kg / h and 2500 kg / h steam capacity boilers. To achieve the required steam volume, it is possible to install multiple steam generating units as well as modular packages of the heating plant. Мodular heating plants are designed for operation at ambient temperatures from -45°C to +45°C and relative humidity up to 75% (at ambient temperature of +15°C). The products have been successfully tested by Federal Technical Regulation and Metrology Agency and Federal Service for Ecological, Technological and Atomic Supervision.
