The ÜNVEREN 100% thermoplastic vulcanizates (TPV) hoses , with a spring steel spiraled wire, are very flame-resistant (V-O acc. to UL 94), and have high resistance to alkalis, acids and solvent vapors. Available in diameters from 30 to 256 mm, with operating pressure up to 1.14 bar, they have high vacuum resistance, with high levels of protection against UV and ozone. They are lightweight, flexible, with a small bend radius, and offer optimal flow rates. RoHS compliant. They are mostly used for suction of steam or air in engine construction, transport of hot and cold air in vehicle and engine construction, gaseous and liquid medias. Also, they feature a design highly resistant to mechanical pressures.
