Two head by 6 Axes Kuka Robotic movement providing complete inside and outside cleaning of welded frame. Flexible axis movements allow for minimum tools with only 4 cutting tools required to clean a wide range of profiles. Simple tool setup utilizing routers and tracer systems that auto adjust to profiles tolerances.
Cycle time comparable with a traditional two-axis cleaning machine
Standard self guided air drill motors with special drill bits

Small saw blade for back outside cleaning
Top and bottom horizontal outside cleaning
Vertical inside cleaning
Horizontal inside cleaning, including screen track
Mobile head controlled by servo axis for quick precise positioning
