Description

Description
The VARO-JMR12 Adjustment Module 2.0 for mechanical engineering is the evolved version of the VARO-JM12, designed for precise alignment in the X/Y plane and reliable compensation of manufacturing tolerances. It offers an extended adjustment range of ±7.5 mm in X and ±4.5 mm in Y for increased positioning flexibility.

Features
The module features slotted mounting holes that allow linear and rotational fine adjustment of ±2.5°. Side-mounted adjustment screws enable precise tuning. Machined anodized aluminum construction; optional ESD-conductive SurTec® 650 coating available on request. Part of the uversa modular system for combination with mono and duo bases and other modules for modular machine construction.

Compatible modules
  • PEX-MS12
  • PEX-DS12
  • EVO-KM12
  • EVO-DM12

FAQ (summary)
  • What is the VARO-JMR used for? — Precise adjustment of components in the X/Y plane to compensate manufacturing tolerances and simplify mechanical design.
  • How does the VARO-JMR differ from the VARO-JM? — Next generation with extended adjustment range and slotted mounting holes enabling both linear and rotational fine adjustment.
  • How is the adjustment performed? — Using side-mounted adjustment screws for fine tuning; combined with slotted mounting holes for a wide adjustment range.
  • How is the VARO-JMR mounted? — Can be mounted on fixed work surfaces or integrated directly into assemblies; suitable for a wide range of installation positions.
  • What variants are available? — Several anodized colors and an optional ESD-conductive, passivated SurTec® 650 coating.
  • Which applications is it best suited for? — Mechanical engineering, fixture construction, testing and assembly systems requiring precise alignment and modular design.
