Description

• Biscuit cream sandwiching machine is produced as single row and dual-channel or double-row and four-channel. • Capacity for biscuit cream sandwiching machine: • Single row two-channel: 600 pieces/minute • Double-row four-channel: 1200 pieces/minute • The biscuit flow is realized through the pneumatic vibrated channels. • Cream mixing tank has a capacity of 120 kg. and it is completely made of stainless CrNi material. • Cream is transferred from the tank to cream sandwiching machine through spiral pump. • The machine allows the cream sandwiching of both round and foursquare (square or rectangular) biscuits. • Standard dimensions change depending on the shape of the biscuit: • Round Biscuits: diameter size minimum 32, maximum 58 mm. • Foursquare or Rectangular: length or width size minimum 32 mm, maximum 50 mm These are standard dimensions. For different biscuit dimensions, special customer-oriented machines are to be  designed and manufactured. • Machine contains 3-meter standard conveyor belt to transfer creamed biscuit to packaging line or collecting area. • All the surfaces in connection with biscuit and cream, biscuit feeding magazines and depositor for cream pumping are completely produced from stainless material in accordance with the food norms. • In order to ensure continuous production in high capacities under more hygienic conditions; packaging process can be automatized by the synchronization of biscuit production line, biscuit cream-sandwiching machine and packaging machineries. • Total engine power on the machine required is 6 hp.
