Explosion sources include electrical sparks and arcs, flames, hot surfaces, static, electromagnetic radiation, and chemical reactions. Intrinsic safety is covered under OSHA Regulations (Standards - 29 CFR), hazardous (classified) locations 1910.307 and 1926.407.
