The Aquablend is a fully automatic 18 ingredient water based dispensing system particularly suited to low/medium volume users of UV or water based inks and coatings. The Aquablend is without doubt the most fully featured dispenser in its class of compact systems. Automatic valve cleaning, manual control backup, through valve recirculation and full version IPM Software are just some of the features supplied as standard. The Aquablend dispenser is typically installed in printer's facilities to automatically dispense a base range of concentrates to a given formulation, usually supplied by the ink manufacturer. All formulations are stored within the Inovex IPM Software supplied with the system enabling subsequent blends to be accurately and repeatedly dispensed. By utilising an on-site ink dispensing facility printers have greater flexibility in production schedules ensuring maximum press uptime. Aquablend dispenses spot colours in under 5 minutes and is typically installed in any water based or UV liquid ink application.
