Product overview
GreenCore loop lock labels measuring 25 x 200 mm with a nominal thickness of 150 micron. Rolls contain 2,500 unprinted labels supplied on a recycled HDPE core with a virgin-material top layer to ensure consistent print performance. Labels offer flexibility, tear resistance and resistance to moisture and UV exposure, designed for repeated use in agricultural and industrial environments. They are compatible with thermal transfer printing and attach without additional tools.

Material and construction
The core is made entirely from recycled HDPE while the label face includes a top layer of virgin material to maintain print quality. 150 micron nominal thickness balances tear resistance and flexibility for secure identification on living plants and products.

Printing and attachment
Optimized for thermal transfer printers to apply text, barcodes, dates and other variable data. For durable results, select an appropriate thermal transfer ribbon. The integrated slot/loop design enables attachment without glue, ties or tools — suitable for fixing to stems, branches, wires, crates and packaging.
