For manual palletizing, operators are positioned around an ergonomic workstation that provides excellent working conditions. The required products are taken from a supplied tray and arranged on the load carrier. Thanks to the clear instructions displayed on the screen, operators can work intuitively and efficiently. The robotized palletizer does not require any manual intervention. A robot stacker fulfills the steps as described above, and the roll cage or pallet is stacked in a stable way. Using this method, it is possible to load up to 750 store-friendly cases per hour.
