Overview VarioStore Flex is a modular, space-saving Early Bag Store (EBS) solution for daily early baggage handling. The system uses robotics to store luggage in mobile racks and reintegrate items into the main conveyor line. Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) transport racks to predefined positions. The intelligent layout enables direct single-bag access to speed up handling operations.

Adaptability and operation VarioStore Flex supports straightforward extension and configuration to fit individual facility and building layouts. It is designed for smaller footprints, lower ceiling heights and operational or structural constraints.
