Sheets are available in different Fluoroplastics such as PTFE, PCTFE, PFA, FEP, ETFE as well as other high performance materials such as PEEK, POM and PTEP. The thickness and dimensions available vary depending on the material used. Vanéflon uses different techniques to deliver products to your specific requirements such as compression molding, hot molding and extrusion. Vanéflons skived sheets are skived with a thickness up to 3 mm from large PTFE blocks. The width and length can be adjusted according to your specific requirements. These skived sheets will deliver superior insulation strength. Other characteristics are their non-stickyness, flexibility and high temperature resistance. On top they have a high resistance against chemicals, heat and moisture. Skived sheets do not suffer from porosity, exhibit an excellent release and have a very low coefficient of friction.
