In line with the cooking and cooling process, the Mortadelles need to be reorganized, counted and packed before being distributed on the market. Our engineers have therefore developed a packaging line from Mortadelles including the following elements: A bin conveyor taking the bins driectly from the cooler, A bin tilter, An elevator with buffer hopper, A centrifugal distribution machine, Accumulating conveyors, A check weigher, A inkjet printing, Counting and batching unit, A carton packing line.
