Authomatic insect control product sprayer Insect Killer is an automated spray unit with a nozzle system able to spray large areas with insecticides or insect repellents. The system is made of top quality components and the concentration of product to be sprayed can be regulated precisely. The control module enables the spraying process to be automated, with daily and weekly programmes. The compact structure is made from stainless steel and the control module is incorporated in an electrical panel with IP65 protection, accessible from the outside. Insect Killer is very easy to use, once the area to be sprayed has been identified, a distribution system is constructed with a special PTFE hose, including every 1.5 m a practical T-junction to which a microspray nozzle with non-drip system will be fitted. Insect Killer is the only system allowing automatic control of two spraying zones, each up to 120 m long with a maximum of 80 nozzles The spray zones can be programmed independently and may overlap, the system cannot control more than 80 nozzles at the same time, otherwise correct nebulisation of the product cannot be guaranteed. The unit is then connected to the mains water supply and the outlet to the spray lines, the product to be sprayed is placed in the tank and the hours and days of operation are programmed. At this point, Insect Killer, is able to carry out the entire distribution cycle automatically. Insect Killer can also be operated manually. The control module display visualises the system’s various operating phases and possible level alarms when the water or product runs out. The latter are accompanied by an acoustic signal.
