Balanset-1A OEM is the core kit of the Balanset-1A portable balancer and dual-channel vibration analyzer — same unit and software as the Full Kit, for one- and two-plane balancing of fans, crushers, mulchers, pumps and shafts in their own bearings, or as the measuring system of your own balancing machine.
Works with your Windows laptop via USB — laptop not included (Windows 7/8/10/11, 32- or 64-bit, one free USB port). The magnetic stand, digital scale and case are not included — the Full Kit adds them.
For balancing-machine builders, integrators and users who already have these accessories.

How it works

• 1. Setup: sensors on the bearing housings, reflective tape on the shaft, laser tachometer aimed at the tape, unit connected to the laptop.
• 2. Initial run: the software records the baseline 1× vibration amplitude and phase.
• 3. Trial-weight runs: a known trial weight in each plane in turn; the software calculates the influence coefficients.
• 4. Correction and check: fit the calculated weights at the given angles, re-run and check residual vibration against the ISO 21940-11 tolerance.
