Made with technology derived entirely from our synchronized press brakes, but matching the specific needs of the tin sheet metal sector. It is manufactured with a very sturdy structure featuring just two uprights for 6500 mm and 8500 mm models and three uprights for the 10050 mm model, with a 750 mm or 1000 mm gap. The calender press is fitted with three motorized rollers driven by a geared motor for the 6500 mm press, and a pair of geared motors for 8500 mm and 10050 mm presses. All models have an INVERTER to prevent the rollers from slipping, which would affect the accuracy of the profile being created. The bottom table has a manual crowning system that is fast, accurate and functional.
