A high-performance assist suit designed to support heavy lifting and diverse work environments, stabilizing posture and reducing back strain. The SUPPORT JACKET Bb+PROⅢ integrates backbone guidance, lumbar stabilization, and leg-muscle assistance to reduce stooping posture and the load on the lower back during repetitive lifting tasks.

Main functions

• Form navigation function: The uniquely developed Bb+ (Backbone Plus) guides the spine and lower back into an ideal posture, reduces stooping posture associated with work, and decreases strain on the back and hips.
• Lumbar support function: A large belt stabilizes and protects the lower back by wrapping the spine, abdominal muscles, and back muscles to maintain abdominal pressure and reduce strain on the lower back and spine during work.
• Muscle function: A muscle belt runs from the knees to the waist to support leg muscles, assisting bending forward and getting up while working and reducing muscular strain.

Unique features / Improvements

• Detachable bone mechanism: The backbone is removable so the fabric part can be washed in a washing machine.
• Bb belt: Two types of belts are included and can be replaced to suit preference; the backbone fits the back to maximize reaction force effect.
• Side ab belt: Tightens along the abdominal oblique muscles to stabilize the trunk and improve the sense of hold; adjustable, replaceable, and removable.
• Sliding chest belt: Chest belt height is easily adjusted by sliding.
• W-lock knee belt: Non-slip fabric and additional tightening belts on top and bottom prevent slipping and make squatting easier.
• Breathable fabric: Made with breathable fabric for added comfort.
