Features
Designed specifically to perform lock mortises in doors and other elements with speed and precision, either on site or in the workshop. Its special clamping system allows mortising on doors already hung without damaging the surface. Quick measurement adjustment enables multiple mortises in record time. Can also operate in a horizontal position. For rebated or overlapping doors it includes an adjustment system to centre the machine. Optional cutters are easily interchangeable, minimising FC116U setup for milling the lock face. Supplied as standard with the UT16I jig; enables fast and precise cross drilling for the handle spindle and other fittings. Factory-equipped with a Ø 16 mm carbide mortising cutter, stop rod for performing mortises at the same height on several doors, rubber protectors for delicate work, service wrenches and an outlet for external dust extraction.
