The visiSort-B utilizes a conveyor belt to feed the individual parts to the different test stations. Sorting outputs from 100 to 300 parts/min are attained with a visiSort-B. The visiSort-B is used especially for testing trimmed pipes. Performance features Side camera • - Diameter and lengths on the outer contour • - Punctures, chamfer • - Thread presence, threaded length, outer and minor diameter • - Angle measurement (e.g. tip) • - Accuracy with lengths ± 0.009 mm • - Accuracy with diameter ± 0.003 mm Attributive camera • - Presence of internal threads • - Presence of threads in cross holes • - Chip control on internal holes Part spectrum • - Flat parts • - Cylindrical parts without collar • - 3-edge, 4-edge, 6-edge • - Length 5 to 80 mm (other sizes upon request) • - Diameter 1.5 to 25 mm (other sizes upon request) Examples: pins, pipes, sockets, sleeves, bushings, spacers, flat parts, etc.
