This turnkey, four-station rotary indexing assembly station from ISUMATIC is meant for driving multiple fasteners simultaneously. They have horizontal and vertical heads, X-Y robots, rotary indexing tables and torque/angle control. Quick changes can be made on this machine and it is easy for the operator to load and unload. With Visumatic Advant-edge the Robot is adept for X-Y positioning. Its cycle components give reliable long duty and the machine can perform vertical, horizontal or inverted applications. The Visumatic internal cylinders have extreme repeatability and accuracy, and a high bearing surface area. The sensor package controls the drive cycle and overall maintenance is simple.
