Our ANSI Self Adhesive Flange Discs are made from a high quality, durable Neoprene Rubber paired with a specially formulated low tack adhesive which ensures that no residue is left behind when removed from the flange. Commonly used inside the Oil, Gas & Pipe Industries for the protection of a flange during storage or transportation, these are a cost effective product when compared to the cost of potential damage which can sometimes occur. Resistant to many factors including high temperature (up to 100c), acids, alkali, petrols and oils, these are perfectly suited to all kinds of flange and pipe protection uses. Also known as 'Low Tack Rubber Discs' these are perfect for providing full face protection for all kinds of ANSI standard flanges from class 150-1500.
