Product description
VITLAB® simplex² fix bottle-top dispensers are suitable for a wide range of organic and inorganic solutions. Media-contact materials (borosilicate glass, Al2O3 ceramics, FEP, ETFE, PFA, PTFE, platinum-iridium and PP) offer chemical resistance to most acids, solvents and bases. The integrated calibration function allows quick on-site verification for test-equipment monitoring with minimal downtime.
Safety / Valve
The screwable discharge valve includes an additional safety ball and closes the dosing channel when the dispensing tube is not installed to prevent medium escape.
Design / Materials
The dispenser uses a positive displacement piston and a PFA sealing lip that acts as a wiper against the cylinder wall to reduce crystal build-up with readily crystallisable media. The glass cylinder is coated with a protective plastic layer to lower splash risk in case of breakage. The telescopic filling tube is smoothly adjustable to different bottle heights.
Sterilisation
VITLAB® simplex² fix dispensers are fully autoclavable at 121 °C (2 bar) according to DIN EN 285.

* Nominal volume 1–10 ml: with adapters GL 25, GL 28, GL 32, GL 38, S 40 and telescopic intake tube (length 125–240 mm). Accuracy and coefficient of variation according to DIN EN ISO 8655-5, related to the nominal (maximum) volume marked on the device at 20 °C using distilled H2O. Tests performed according to DIN EN ISO 8655-6 with the device filled to capacity and with uniform, jolt-free dosing.
