Description

Overview
The Vitrek V10X Series is an advanced electrical safety testing platform for production and laboratory environments. It provides multi-test capability including AC hipot, DC hipot, insulation resistance (IR), ground bond and 4‑wire low‑resistance measurements. The platform is automation‑ready with native SCPI support, embedded PDF reporting and scalable high‑voltage scanner channel control for large multi‑point test systems.

Key features
  • AC hipot up to 10 kVrms standard; DC hipot up to 15 kV standard; optional external 30 kV AC booster
  • High‑power AC output options (100 mA, 200 mA; selectable 500 VA option on supported models)
  • High‑current DC sourcing up to 50 mA for rapid charging of high‑capacitance DUTs
  • Integrated ground bond testing up to 40 A RMS on applicable models
  • Pico‑amp leakage resolution (100 pA) enabling tera‑ohm IR readings
  • DSP‑driven measurement technology with phase‑angle analysis to separate resistive and capacitive leakage
  • Configurable broadband arc detection with dual thresholds (time and amplitude) and fast breakdown detection <150 μs
  • Full‑color touchscreen with graphical sequence editing and real‑time measurement charts
  • Configurable multi‑step sequences: 1,000+ steps supporting ramps, dwells, multi‑level IR and multi‑dwell without returning to zero
  • Direct control of up to 1,600 high‑voltage scanner channels for large test matrices
  • Connectivity: Ethernet (LAN), USB, RS‑232, Digital I/O, optional GPIB; embedded web interface and Wi‑Fi configuration
  • Onboard PDF report generation and CSV export for audit‑ready documentation with timestamp, operator ID and full measurement traceability
  • Multi‑layer safety architecture: Ground Fault Interruption (GFI), Safety Fault Interlock (SFI™) and Test Lead Safety Sense (TLSS™)
  • Designed for compliance with UL, IEC, CSA, MIL‑STD and DO‑160 (400 Hz)
  • Manufactured in the USA; 2‑year standard warranty
