Overview
The SNK Ultra 365 is a vessel pan-tilt-zoom (PTZ) inspection camera designed for UV-based fluorescent inspections of tanks and large containers. Built on the SNK 60× platform, it extends visual inspection capabilities for cleanliness verification and fluorescent dye penetrant crack testing in industrial environments.

Wavelength range
The system features an illumination spectrum optimized around 365 nm to highlight fluorescent contrast media and other UV-reactive indications used in cleanliness and penetrant inspections.

Scope of application
Designed for internal inspection of tanks, vessels and large piping, the SNK Ultra 365 is suitable for food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries where UV-based cleanliness tests (e.g. riboflavin) and fluorescent penetrant testing are required.

Cleanliness testing
For cleanliness checks, the interior surface is wetted with a fluorescent contrast medium (such as riboflavin). Contaminated areas retain the medium and fluoresce under UV illumination, enabling targeted cleaning until no fluorescent spots remain.

Crack testing
The SNK Ultra 365 supports fluorescent dye penetrant inspections: the fluorescent penetrant seeps into fine surface defects and emits visible fluorescence under UV light, allowing localization and assessment of surface indications and small cracks.

Operation and documentation
The camera is operated via the MATRIX documentation system. Users can switch between automatic and manual camera modes to comply with inspection protocols that require working without visible light. The system provides image optimization functions, an intuitive touchscreen interface and structured saving of inspection results.

Mobility
The system is engineered for field use: it is supplied with an optimized transport case and can be powered with optional additional batteries for mobile operation and easy deployment.
